During College I worked full time at Hoosier Village retirement community in Zionsville, Indiana as a Certified Nursing Assistant and a Qualified Medication Aide.

My ROLE at Hoosier Village Retirement Community included responsibilties such as:

• As a CNA, I provide hands‑on, resident‑centered care by assisting with daily living needs, monitoring changes in condition, and supporting comfort, dignity, and safety. I build strong relationships with residents and communicate effectively with the nursing team to ensure high‑quality care.

• As a QMA, I safely administer medications, document accurately, and report concerns promptly to licensed nurses. I follow state regulations and facility protocols to protect resident well‑being. Across both roles, I contribute to individualized care plans, collaborate with interdisciplinary staff, and promote a positive, respectful care environment.
