I am a senior undergraduate student in Health Services Management with a strong interest in healthcare operations, leadership, and long-term care administration. Through my academic coursework and internship experience in a retirement community, I have gained exposure to interdisciplinary collaboration, organizational workflows, and patient-centered service delivery. I am detail-oriented, dependable, and motivated to contribute to healthcare organizations that value ethical leadership, quality improvement, and compassionate care. As I approach graduation, I am eager to continue developing my skills in healthcare administration and pursue opportunities that allow me to make a meaningful impact within healthcare systems.
